Unstoppable Love – Sacrificial Integrity – Spirit-Lead Ministry

  • Unstoppable Love

– Everything we do is with the motive and outpouring of God’s love toward us.  The way that this love looks and acts like is clearly defined in 1 Corinthians 13.

– We fulfill God’s law by loving God and others (Matthew 22:37; Romans 13:10, Galatians 5:14)

– We exist and gather not primarily for ourselves, but for the service of others (Philippians 2)

– Our worship extends beyond mere song to a lifestyle of bowing down our lives out of love for our savior (Romans 12:1)

– All people are honored and valued (1 Peter 2:17)

– We are committed to see people and circumstances as they are and, more importantly, to see their potential from God’s prophetic perspective (1 Corinthians 14)

– Love ensures that our choices have consequences either to bless us for good choices or to discipline us for poor ones (Hebrews 12:1-17)

– We speak and act with the reality in mind that Jesus assigned worth and value on every person when He gave Himself on the cross and rose again to fill them all with the Holy Spirit (John 3:16-17)

  • Sacrificial Integrity

– We ensure that our “yes” means yes and our “no” means no (Matthew 5:37)

– So that we may continue to walk in the Presence of God, be under His protection, and maintain hope, we take our steps with integrity; no matter the cost (1 Chronicles 29:17; Psalm 25:21; Psalm 41:12)

– We will practice what we preach so that the gospel is not just mere words or teachings, but they become our lifestyle which also preaches to those around us without words (Titus 2:7-8)

– We admit when we’re wrong, apologize, and do what we can to make things right (James 5:16)

– We rejoice in the truth, knowing that it will ultimately set us free (John 8:32, 1 Corinthians 13:6)

– We walk in integrity as to be able to express unstoppable love to those around us

  • Spirit-Lead Ministry

– We intentionally allow time for the gifts of the Spirit to operate within our services; encouraging appropriate participation from service attendees (1 Corinthians 14:26-33)

– We do not rely on any program, event, method, curriculum, nor any man-made idea for our success, growth, and health, but whatever the Spirit actively leads us to do (John 5:19; Zechariah 4:6)

– We do everything with excellence and view every activity in life as ministry (Colossians 3:23-24)

– We believe unity is found within our God-designed diversity through the Spirit alone and desire for everyone to achieve their unique role in the Body of Christ and purpose in life. (Ephesians 4:3-6)

– All our activities exalt and point to Jesus whom is all we need (John 16:14-15; Psalm 103)

– His word is our firm foundation (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

– We eagerly look for creative ways to reach out to the lost within their cultural context (Acts 17:16-34)

– We acknowledge that to express unstoppable love and to walk in sacrificial integrity can only be done by the infilling, empowering, and equipping work of the Holy Spirit
